Advoco was recently named the Best Place to Work in South Carolina. This is Advoco’s second time being the top company in the small to medium business category after also receiving the honor in 2017. The Best Places to Work in South Carolina awards program is in its thirteenth year and was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and the Best Companies Group.

 

This program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best employers in South Carolina. Companies from across the state entered a survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. Each nominated company was evaluated based on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Then, individual satisfaction and experience was measured with an employee survey. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Advoco is just one of 80 exceptional companies to be named to this year’s list out of hundreds of applicants.
