Advoco Hosts Connect 2017

Advoco recently hosted Connect, their fifth annual user conference, in downtown Greenville, SC. Connect is a hands-on event that allows Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system users and experts to come together, network, and learn. The conference included a set of live demonstrations and workshops as well as discussions around enhancing the use of the software application. Attendees also heard from keynote speaker Knox White, the mayor of Greenville, on the importance of persevering through adversity during large scale projects.

Connect is designed for people involved in asset management, maintenance reliability, purchasing, IT for maintenance systems, and/or general strategy and vision surrounding the Infor EAM solution. This year’s event saw over 200 attendees from all over the world descend upon Greenville for the four-day conference.

“Every year, Connect provides us with a unique opportunity to have meaningful conversations with Infor EAM users in a concentrated setting,” said Marty Osborn, partner at Advoco. “We share case studies, gather insights, and preview new technologies in the field. Through Connect, we spend time with customers, prospects, and other EAM stakeholders. We’ve developed these wonderful relationships, and truly consider all of the attendees our friends.”

“There was a huge sense of gratitude and extra excitement this year with it being the fifth year,” said Mary Devine, director of marketing and events at Advoco. “When we started this event, we had no idea how successful it was going to be – all thanks to the growing EAM community and the passionate participants who keep coming back.”
