History Has its Eyes On You

Like a lot of folks, I love the musical Hamilton. My favorite quote from the show is “History has its eyes on you.”
I’ve applied this quote to many situations in my life when the pressure is on and it’s up to me to ensure success.
Most recently, it has become a mantra for my outlook on the Accenture acquisition of Advoco.
Regardless of external factors, the future of Advoco’s soul rests on the shoulders of those who are here now. We must be ready to face new challenges head-on so that generations of EAM users to come can feel the same sense of connection and pride that we’ve all felt during Advoco’s time as a “small company.” And now, we can look forward to an awesome future as part of the Accenture team.
History has its eyes on all of us, both individually and collectively, and when we face new challenges, it’s important to remember this.
Whether it’s a new project, a new job, or a new relationship, what you do today affects tomorrow – and people are watching!
